KUSBA USB ADXL345 for Klipper

The KUSBA Klipper USB Accelerometer project is an RP2040 based, USB C Accelerometer for Klipper.

This is it's own independent MCU, and is much more reliable than SPI over a wire.

NOTE:

The first reading from the accelerometer will be invalid usually f2 vs e5. This is expected and your KUSBA will still work fine after the first query. Run ACCELEROMETER_QUERY once before starting measuring resonances.
