3. Red, blue and green ink cannot be printed on the black or dark side, but can be printed on the white or transparent side.

4. HT01 series are ordinary quick-drying ink cartridges, not high-viscosity ink cartridges, so it is recommended that you print on carton paper or simple plastic packaging

If printing on glass bottles, plastic bottles or some difficult-to-stick materials, it is recommended to use high-definition quick-drying ink cartridges which are AT01 series

How do I know if my printer is encrypted?

Method 1: Ask your printer vendor for encryption

Method 2: No ink cartridge is installed, there is no ink inside to print, turn on the printer to print, if the counter number changes, it proves that there is no encryption

What if you receive an ink cartridge from us that cannot be used due to your printer encryption?

Gently scrape the chip from the old cartridge with a blade and stick it to our cartridge
