The ME906J is a LTE module with M.2 NGFF interface, supporting LTE FDD B1/B11/B18/B19/B21, Dual-band DC-HSPA+/HSPA+/HSPA/WCDMA, CDMA/EVDO BC0/BC6 for Japanese network coverage. It has low power consumption, support for Global Navigation Satellite System GNSS, GLONASS and Japanese carrier certifications enabling easier and more flexible design and integration into end devices.  

In addition, ME906J supports M.2 NGFF features to optimise performance, power consumption and usability.

Return & Refund
