A.Usually we use DHL/ Fedex/ UPS/TNT/EMS, which will take about 5-15 days to most countries.For Brazil we will use EMS which is easy for customers to 

receive goods.

We will ship your order via FedEX/DHL/UPS/TNT according to actual situation without notice in advance, e.g. if you choosen DHL free shipping, we may ship by UPS/TNT or other similar express courior ! If your address belongs to remote area of Fedex/DHL/UPS/TNT , it is customer duty to pay the remore area charge, othewise it can not be ship out.

3.once you met trouble ,better tell the responded sales with evidence …We advise with pics which can back you up strongly. We can prepare spare parts in your next order repetitively. If urgently needed, courier charge beard by buyer.
4. All products have been checked and packaged in good condition before dispatch.
In case the item is defective, please inform us within 3 days of receipt and send up the defected photos.
5. Items returned after 7 days of delivery are only eligible for repair.
6.All items must be returned in their original condition in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
